The first day we went house shopping she had an impressive list of pertinent houses that introduced me to the market and showed me a great variety. She was able to point out features of properties that I wouldn't have noted that made a substantial impact on the decision making process. Her knowledge of the market was also spot on and allowed us to get make informed offers that we had no chance of regretting. Additionally, despite me forgetting my checkbook, she bent over backwards to make sure we were able to get timely offers by remaining available well after business hours. Rose is the epitome of all of the aforementioned areas. Despite being all of these things, she was also appropriately firm when dealing with other realtors, although still respectful. Phenomenal experience. Rose should be training all other realtors. The house buying process would not be nearly as daunting if all realtors were an eighth as helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
