For 6 months in this crazy market, Rosemary hung in there with us through dozens of showings, offers on multiple homes, hundreds of phone calls/texts/emails - and she did it with patience, grace and a smile the entire time. Her knowledge of the local area was paramount in our decision making process, being new to the state, having this knowledge was necessary and priceless both. Rosemary, we couldn't have asked any more of you, and truly, appreciate all you have done for us - you are an amazing agent, we could not imagine having worked with anyone else (heart emoji). When necessary she works around the clock and makes herself available at all hours. She is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. If she needs to "encourage" the broker, the lender, the seller or buyer she is comfortable doing that. The entire time we worked with her we always felt as though she had our best interest in mind. Rosemary kept us up to date to what was happening and what was needed next right up until the closing. I loved that she got excited and shared our enthusiasm along the way! I would use Rosemary again in a heart beat and would recommend any family and friends looking to buy or sell their home. I can honestly say I don't know if there is anyone out there that works as hard as she does. Outstanding!
