Ryan Snyder was a referral by my relocation company in a move from Alabama to Summerville, South Carolina. I don't know how Ryan was chosen to reach out to us, but we could not have chosen a more personable agent in the process. Ryan was very courteous and patient throughout the timeframe it took looking at many homes in the area. When we did find a home and initiated the contract, Ryan was very professional down the home stretch to see that everything else was completed in a timely manner right up to the closing date. Ryan made our home buying experience as stress free as possible. He was always available to answer questions and was a huge help to my wife while I was away for four months of training. He was genuinely concerned with our concerns, wants, and needs. While working with him we could feel that he is truly in this business to help people. Ryan helped my family find a rental property that met our needs when we first moved here in July of 2015. We came down for a weekend from VA to look at properties and met with a realtor who was less than helpful before being referred to Ryan. Ryan was able to show us properties that were not listed through traditional searches and found us multiple properties that met our needs in a single day. He was so helpful that we reached out to him a year later when we wanted to buy a home. Ryan is extremely knowledgable about the market, as well as different communities and properties. In addition, Ryan spent his entire day with us on our closing date. We started at 10 AM and there was an issue with some of the closing costs in regards to lender and builder credits. Ryan treated us to lunch and spent over 6 hours of his day speaking with the lender and builder until the issue was rectified. We closed at 5 PM and he was with us, helping us every step of the way.
