We knew we wanted to work with CENTURY 21 Properties Plus when starting the process of buying our first home and Ryan Snyder was highly recommended to us. We lived out of state so it was very important for us to work with someone who understood our wants and needs and someone we could trust. Ryan was a perfect fit for us and was very accommodating to help us through the process even though we were so far away. With Ryan's help we were able to narrow down the options and get a list of homes to view when we came in town. We were only in town a short amount of time, but Ryan managed to help us negotiate and lock down a home that was perfect for our family. Being first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Ryan was able to answer them all and make us feel very comfortable through the whole process. Ryan went above and beyond what was expected of him and we are greatly appreciative of that.
