Seller reviewWe can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sara Riesen! My husband and I relocated to Florida and the decision was very quick. Sara was incredibly fast to get us on track with everything we needed for the sale. Sara made a study on the market around our home and suggested a listing price. She also brought her colleagues for feedback and they suggested a little higher price which put us in the right spot. We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market all above asking! Thanks in large part to Sara's incredible work. Sara brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!

She seemed to have a plan and was very honest about the plan and how to execute it. She worked hard on getting the exposure to our home that was necessary. I have no complaints at all about her performance. She was excellent...most importantly, she delivered. She got it done just like she said she could.
