Seller reviewAfter meeting Sara I felt very much in good hands. Mine was a difficult house to sell in a challenging market and Sara went above and beyond the standard duties. She represented my interests well and always politely communicated with honesty and transparency. I do not live in the same town as the house I was trying to sell and Sara took care of so many details to keep this effort moving forward. Such as helping coordinate professionals for other services including cleaning, repairs, and a technician to estimate a renovation for potential buyers. Always reliable, never more than minutes from texting whenever I needed (and I'm in a time zone, 6 hours difference). She prioritizes well so I never worried that my needs were ever being neglected.
