He well exceed our expectations. Scott was always available when we needed him to be. He was very reliable and always responsive. He gave us an exhorbinant amount of time over a 15 month span working diligently on our behalf with patience, guidance, and support. He was so patient even during the most frustrating periods, always having a calm demeanor and excellent sense of humor. Never once did he add to our stress. In fact it was quite the opposite. He is a saint. Overall, Scott truly was excellent in all respects. He is a stellar professional having exceed our expectations in every way. He has exemplary characteristics and is top notch, and again, Scott exceeded our expectations above and beyond and then some. It was truly a pleasure working with Scott.

He has a very calming personality while also being thorough and timely with representing your sale or purchase. He is knowledgeable and he was always available to answer any questions we had along the way of selling our house and buying our new house. He always seemed one step ahead and we always knew he was on our side to make both deals work out in the best way possible. We love Scott!

Buyer reviewI was referred by the lawyer whose office did the legal stuff for this transaction and who also was my previous Commander in the Guard. I chose Scott because he had local knowledge, tried to find what's the best for us and understood our needs. He also knew the area well and this is extremely valuable. Scott really did his best to help me find a suitable property quickly, as well as negotiate the best price and conditions such as cash back from the seller to cover closing costs. He also inspected the houses with me and gave lots of valuable advice and observations. I would certainly recommend him to a friend and would use his services again, but not too soon :), we like our new house too much.
