Seller reviewScott told me to counter offer, after I was ok with the offer. I took his advise and I made an additional $10,000.00. I am pro active rather than reactive person. That means I have a lot of questions, and I need those answers. Scott always returned my calls, took my calls, or texted back... usually within a min. or 2. His "glass is half full" attitude was just what we needed after using a different agent for the past 2 years. I cant say enough about Scott Simpson. There where multiple deals that had to go through to be able to purchase our home. Besides that my wife was pregnant at the time, and the closing ended up being at the same time we had the baby. Scott made it possible for me to assume power of attorney, to be able to sign when my wife was in the hospital. He took the time to purchase smoke detectors, and co detectors to make sure there where no surprises. He dotted every "i" and crossed every "t". I will never use anyone else, as long as Scott is an agent.

Buyer reviewScott was absolutely fantastic. He was patient and understanding as we were first time home buyers, assisted us through the process, and answered our never ending questions. He was flexible with our (sometimes changing) preferences and readily available to talk about location, house details, inspection concerns, pricing, or anything else we had questions about. Scott arranged showings quickly and used our time efficiently. Even though we cast a pretty broad net geographically, he made us feel comfortable with the research that he had done, the comps he pulled, and he helped us to understand the communities and markets we were dealing with. His knowledge about the many types of homes and properties that we looked at was invaluable. Most importantly, he was trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Scott without hesitation!

Buyer reviewScott Simpson is amazing and I have all ready been suggesting his services to anyone I know looking to buy, rent, or sell. He is truly a stand up guy who works harder for his client than most people work for themselves. When making a life changing purchase such as a home it is important to know you can trust those you work with, that being said, there is no one I would trust more than Scott. Everyone says buying a house is full of stress and tons of paperwork. With Scott I never felt overwhelmed, under informed, or as if I didn't understand what was going on. Scott made this one of the best experiences of my life and I would gladly utilize him again!

He has an incredible breadth of knowledge regarding real estate, land and buildings that he generously shared. Scott also stuck it out through a grueling, multi-year trek to finally closing on the right property.
