She handles everything seemlessly. Our condo was for sale for a year with another broker. Had many people look at it, but no offers. Shannon had a signed agreement within a week.

My wife, Debbie, was interested in purchasing a summer property instead of renting it every year. Debbie found Shannon and I'm not sure how she did it other than researching properties at two different condo associations and found Shannon with one of her listings. Shannon was very professional and very interested in helping us. Debbie set up and appointment with Shannon to look at some properties and we settled in on a couple of properties at a place called Bayberry Cove. We made bids on a couple of properties, and after a few counter offers, landed on an agreement on lot 73, in Bayberry Cove. As the heat was turned up in the conversation, Shannon was critical in landing lot 73. If Shannon was not there as guiding and helping and being a professional, and I would also call a friend at this point, this sale probably would not have happened. Shannon was great !!! Debbie and I would now consider Shannon to be our friend and if anyone else that we know need or want to buy or sell a property, we would gladly refer them to Shannon. I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable Shannon is with this area where we bought. Along with her politeness, friendliness, patience as Debbie and I tried to make decisions, and all of these, including her professionalism, shined through during this whole process. Thank you Shannon for helping us to land such a nice piece of property and we hope to make many memories in our future trips to New Jersey and it's beautiful beaches, including our own. We love you Shannon !!!

Shannon is absolutely the best. She took my husband and me through quite a few properties, and she was very patient and gave us time to look around. She answered all our questions and returned all phone calls and texts the same day. She is highly personable and caring, and has a great sense of humor. We trusted Shannon completely and we felt as though we were dealing with a close friend. She definitely had our best interests at heart. She was just as excited as we were when we found our perfect summer home, and she went over and above to make sure we settled on time. I have already recommended Shannon to quite a few friends, and will continue to do so. We appreciate all that she did for us.

Ms. Craver did an excellent job in all aspects of selling the property. She was courteous and a joy to deal with. She always kept Kathleen and I in the loop and we never had to second guess her or the selling process. I think that her knowledge and professionalism is her best qualities as well as her pleasant attitude. She made the selling of our house stress free and enjoyable.
