Buyer reviewWe selected Shannon Craver as our buyer agent because she was the most knowledgable and showed initiative. Shannon was very patient, friendly, and on top of every aspect of the purchase. I only wish I would have hired her for the sale of the my home. She was a terrific buyer agent. I am sure she would have done the same as seller agent had I known about her reputation earlier.

She made it seem as if I was her only client. Shannon is very diligent and extremely helpful. I truly believe of I had another agent, I would not have purchased my home. During the purchase of my home, I endured almost every possible hurdle one could come in contact with. Shannon Craver was amazing and walked me through every step of the way.

She called us back within minutes to answer our questions, and although the initial property we called her about did not work for us, She was able to find us an even better place that was absolutely perfect.The entire transaction went very smoothly. Shannon was great. If she had not already found us our dream home, we would use her again in the future. We have recommended her to friends and colleagues.

I have had many experiences with several real estate agent in my pass. I wish Shannon could own a school for agents to teach them how to help clients and provide professional service. Shannon is the real estate agent I believe would have still worked as hard even if she knew there was no financial reward in the end. A honest, hardworking, helpful, professional real estate agent. Shannon is a rare find so don't waste time wondering or looking for the perfect agent, just call her and enjoy the moment.
