Seller reviewWe chose Shannon to list our home becuase she was well qualified and had a great reputation as a hard working and honest professional that cares about her clients. She was very responsive to all of our needs and did a great job with the pictures and advertising as well as the everything else in the listing process. Selling your primary home and buying a new one can be a very challenging and stressful process. We chose Shannon Simpson to handle both sides of this transaction for us and I am glad that we did. She was helpful, responsive and proactive. She was able to get us high quality appraisals and inspections that we needed much faster than had expected or could obtain elsewhere. Shannon was never pushy or aggressive, which we really appreciated, and when asked, offered her true thoughts and opinions which was also greatly appreciated. Buying a home is no easy process, but Shannon did her best to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our decision. Buyer reviewThis was a new construction spec home so the sales price was non-negotiable. Shannon did help us with coordinating small changes to the layout with the builder's customer representatives. We were very impressed with her ability to find common ground and go above and beyond when it mattered most. The handling of the deposit and cash-at-closing was executed by the title company. Shannon also recommended a 3rd party home inspector who was outstanding; he helped identify multiple discrepancies with our new home that would have never been revealed from common sight. I can't say enough about the fundamental wherewithal, determination, resiliency, genuine care, and quality support that we received from Shannon. Even when she was hospitalized and underwent life threatening surgery, she found a way to reach out to us and provide an update on the progress of our home. Her obsession for customer satisfaction is unprecedented and second to none. Shannon has touched our hearts during this process and she is a true example of what every broker/realtor should strive to emulate.
