We found Shannon through the referral of another agent who is also a family friend. We could not have been more blessed with her help throughout our home buying journey! We chose to sell our home in 2021 after my husband had been out of work for 6 months due to an injury AND we found out we were expecting our first son. We were living with family when we had our son and then had A SCARY NICU stay. Needless to say, home buying was on hold for awhile. However, when we were ready I texted Shannon and she had showings scheduled for us within less than 24 ours! She was extremely motivated but at the same time had the perfect balance of patience and understanding. She always gave us honest advice but also never pressured us into making a hasty decision. We told her our story and could tell she cared deeply for our family and would do whatever it took and take however long it needed to get us in the perfect home for our family. But aside from all the emotions, she was also an outright blast to work with! She was always upbeat and was absolutely hilarious. She is very personable but also professional. We love Shannon!!!
