We did have problems with the bank and She directed us on what to do next. I was very frustrated with my bank because it took forever to review our loan, but Mrs. Rodriguez worked with the seller, and finally, we were able to close. I would like to add that we need to listen to our agents, they have the experience and know what is going on, in order to make the buy it easier.

Even though it was a seller's market Shy made the house hunting process really enjoyable. She was always on time, had all pertinent information ready, and showed us homes that met our needs.
