Seller reviewConsidering the problems we experienced with the Title and the number of participants ultimately involved in this sale Shy is nothing short of a marvel. Three years, numerous contracts that had to be cancelled due to a lack of clear Title and a host of individuals calling her for frequent updates, anyone else would easily have walked away from this sale. Sometimes I wonder if she would have made more money if she charged by the number of times she had to put up and take down the for sale sign in lieu of a commission.Through it all Shy stuck with it, processing each contract with the same pleasant attitude and humor as the one before. When the first Title company we were referred to could not do the job Shy also found us one that had the patience and experience to get us what we needed. I will gladly work with Shy again at any time. I am hard pressed to think of a more patient, pleasant and proofessional broker.

Buyer reviewShy Rodriguez took care of me when I came from KY to look some houses. She showed me the houses but the most important, she always told me all the pros and cons on every scenario. I remember Shy took me to this house and she said, this house is beautiful but look this faucet is cheap, the cabinets are low quality, the neighborhood is full of trash cause all this construction and the construction will continue for about a year or more. When she said that I confirmed that she was there to take care of me and my family and not just to sale a house and take a commission.
