Buyer reviewStacy was extreme helpful to us in our home search and purchase. I'm active duty military and due to the distance between my current location and my next, we had to conduct all business/tours virtually. Stacy was committed in finding us our home, made the process seem easy, and was very accommodating considering my busy schedule. We were afraid that the current housing market trends would not be in our favor but Stacy's expert advice made it seem as if it weren't even a factor. I highly recommend her!

She was a quick responder and scheduled an open house for us within three hours notice. Stacy made the whole buying process as simple as it could be. She was on top of everything and always one step ahead. She was upfront for us when things got tricky, transparent about negotiations and offers, and we truly felt that she had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Seller reviewWe wanted someone who was able to read the market and price the house properly. Stacy brought knowledge and persistence to the table as well as being an extremely hard worker. We really can't say enough positive things about Stacy and Century 21: Stacy is a very hard working and attentive real estate agent. She perfectly balanced the pricing of the house with us to get as much as we could while also attracting buyers. She did all the leg work on finding potential buyers, communicating with us as necessary every step of the way, following up on the whole exhausting process once in contract and getting things done so that we actually closed on the date we had set. We would recommend her to anyone. We would recommend Action Plus to friends and family in the area as well.
