My wife and I found a property on Realtor.com. We inquired about the property and Realtor.com connected us with Stacy Greenberg, who offered to show us the house the same day (within the our to be more specific). After looking at the house, we told Stacy that we wanted it and we were ready to make an offer. Rather than just simply make the offer, Stacy took a step back and told us that she understood how excited and committed we were but as a professional representing us, she had to do her due diligence to ensure our offer was reasonable. It was at that moment when Stacy earned our trust. My wife and I are new home buyers so we had hundreds of questions. Stacy was always patient and very detailed in answering all of our questions and explaining the entire home-purchasing process. She was excellent dealing with our lender and attorney and, as a matter of fact, we faced one last minute issue on the closing day that thanks to Stacy we were able to resolve and close on the house. There are no words to express how grateful my wife and I are for Stacy's help. She made us feel protected. She was on top of the "open items list" with the lawyer and the lender making sure all required paperwork was completed in a timely manner. She made us feel less anxious with the entire process and helped us through any issue we faced. I would recommend Stacy Greenberg 100% to any person who is in the market to buy (or sell) a house.
