As a professional home stager, I know what it takes to get a house to sell and what buyers need to look for in searching for a new home! Having the knowledge to get a home "market ready" has helped me complete my Senior Real Estate Service designation to further assist clients with their downsizing needs. As an instructor on Downsizing and "Living Smaller" for the IRL program at Frederick Community College, I help all of our students with the daunting task of downsizing their homes to prepare for market. I will guide you in the planning and sorting process with extensive resources so that selling your home is stress free. I had paid several thousand dollars to stage a previous house. She delivered on what she promised. Obviously, I think highly of Stacy, her skill, and her professionalism I got more than asking price within a few days of putting the house on the market, thanks in large part to Stacy.
