Having the knowledge to get a home "market ready" has helped me complete my Senior Real Estate Service designation to further assist clients with their downsizing needs. As an instructor on Downsizing and "Living Smaller" for the IRL program at Frederick Community College, I help all of our students with the daunting task of downsizing their homes to prepare for market. Also pointed to buyers the attractions of being close to train/bus stations, downtown frederick, accessible to major roads-70/270. The help she provided for w/ the seller was good, making sure he didn't rip us off. and pointing out that it was his job to let us know about the radon. Overall Stacy was excellent.
