Buyer reviewI had met several agents at open houses and I can honestly say that she and I hit it off. Her first priority is her client! No matter what time of day or night, she is always there for you. She fights for you to get a gair price and she is involved in the whole process. At closing, she spent the entire day with us and made me feel at ease. Making such a big purchase in such uncertain times as we are living in today can be nerve wracking. She was there for me. Not only have we met our realtor for life, but also a friend! She is very professional, yet personable! I never felt like I was just a client! She was very responsive. I could call her whenever I had concerns and questions. We looked at a lot of houses. My husband lived out of town and we had a lot of requirements for our new house. It was hard to find something that suited both of us. When Stefanie and I looked at properties, she always made me feel like she cared. When I got discouraged, she was there for me and listened. This was my first time purchasing a home without my husband by my side. And when he was in town, she also considered his feelings about what he wanted. I would definitely recommend Stefanie to anyone who is buying a home or selling one.

When we had questions along the selling process she put us at ease with her knowledge of the realtor customer relationship. we'd request her assistance again when are looking to buy a home. A Highly Knowledgeable Agent. Ms. Reed made what we though was going to be a stressful experience an experience we won't soon forget, thanks to her know how and wit. I am unsure of her negotiations with the buyers, but if she did we are happy with the out come of the sale. unsure about print ads, we know the pictures taken by Ms. Reed were as she predicted "money shots"
