I was probably ready to offer the asking price as someone else was scheduled to see the place later that day. Tammy didn't think they were going to make an offer. She was right, the other people didn't make an offer and mine was accepted. The offer she suggested saved me $5000 on the purchase price. She was always helpful. She made several valuable suggestions about everything I needed, from where to stay while waiting to close, to where to go for lunch, to where to board the cats, to where to get a haircut. Her local knowledge is limitless and accurate. She always kept me informed, even calling me with updates on evenings and weekends. She's indefatigable!
