I found Ms. Coleman to be incredibly attuned to my needs and wants with regards to purchasing a property. She was very dedicated to the task of finding me everything I was looking for and getting me the best deal for the property we eventually selected. She was tireless in making sure the closing went through as quickly as possible, since my husband and I were living in a motel until settlement. She knew everything that needed to be done and made sure it happened fast- all of this without compromising quality and customer service. I would recommend her services highly, along with the entire office. I did deal with another realtor when dropping off my earnest deposit. I apologize for not remembering his name, but he was very friendly and helpful. I have dealt with several realtors in the past and Ms. Coleman was the first to truly help me find the property I wanted- and not the property she wanted to sell me. She worked very hard and with an attention to detail that I have not experienced with any other realtor. If I were to ever search for another property, she would be the first person I would call. If any one ever ask me for a realtor in this area, the Century 21- Shamrock Office, and more specifically, Tammy Coleman, would be the only ones I would recommend. Overall I can't say enough positive things about my experience. At the time, I was very stressed and frustrated because we were living in a motel until we found a property. Ms. Coleman did everything possible to get us the right property and push the settlement through so we could get into our new home quickly.
