Without Teske Vance of Century 21 Signature Real Estate, I could not have made it to the finish line. When I naively began my home buying journey over 10 months ago, I sincerely believed that I would just be hooking an old teammate and good friend from high school up with a seller-paid commission. I knew exactly which house/s I wanted in exactly which subdivision. It checked all the boxes of New Construction, correct school feeder, and location, and it had all of the amenities I demanded. Plus, I had already signed a Purchase Agreement, and I genuinely thought it would be a rather quick home buying process. Somehow, that assumption could not have been further from reality. That anticipated 400m brutal sprint turned into a significantly much more grueling 10-month-long marathon/steeplechase hybrid than I ever could have imagined. There is absolutely no way I could have made it out of this homebuying transaction with my sanity, had it not been for Teske (and my Lender). Teske's poise and expertise when I wanted to lose my mind over the ridiculousness that transpired over the last three weeks prior to Closing were paramount. She calmly listened when I vented, she cheerled when I wanted to quit, she laughed at the memes I created about my setbacks, and she still had plenty of customer service voice left over to negotiate with the Builder when all I wanted to do was scream. I would not have this key in my hand right now, had it not been for Teske. I cannot thank her enough. Teske, you are an amaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzing Realtor, and you are an even better friend!!!!

After initially meeting with Teske and discussing what I was looking for and what she had to offer in regards to experience/knowledge, I knew she was the perfect person to help me find my first home. Teske was always prompt and forthcoming with any and all information. She put me at ease throughout the entire process. Teske goes above and beyond in all regards. She was open to looking at anything I suggested no matter how big of a long shot it was. She was also great about thinking outside of the box to find me more houses to think about. When I'm ready to sell this house and buy my next house I will definitely reach out to Teske again. And if anyone I know is looking for an agent I will definitely recommend her!
