Buyer reviewTeske was by far the most helpful and communicative agent we have ever dealt with. She was always offering to take care of things and call people whenever something came up. She was available constantly and got back to me by email/text/call very quickly. She was open and honest about all our options and gave us the time to think through our decisions and make the choice that worked best for us and then really helped us navigate through everything with the sale. Even our seller said she was great to work with.

Buyer reviewI found myself suddenly in need of a realtor in an area outside of Des Moines. I contacted my previous agent and she said she would like to connect me with another realtor who could help with the showings, etc since I wasn't in Des Moines. This realtor's name was Teske Vance. From the very first text message with her, I knew I was pretty much dealing with my previous realtor because it had the same friendly feeling. Teske took charge of everything to setting up house viewings to all the paperwork needed and inspection and communication with the seller's realtor of the house I chose. Teske would send texts periodically stating that she is here for me, so just reach out with any needs or questions or one to say looks like everything is progressing on schedule plus updates on inspections. I would recommend Teske Vance to anyone looking for a great agent to help them with buying a house. She is attentive to what you are looking for and helps in any way that she can. I am very impressed with Teske.
