I was born and raised in NW Oklahoma City. I have lived everywhere from Florida to California, but always seem to return home, to Oklahoma. I spend most of my time working, but when I'm not working I try to get outside and do something, usually with my dog Lucy. I love mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding and I try to get to a lake whenever possible. I love to travel as well...beach, mountains, whatever...I'm there! I've been with CENTURY 21 Goodyear Green in Edmond OK since starting real estate in 2007 and I can't imagine a better group of agents to work alongside. Going into the process we thought we knew what we wanted even though we had never even been to the area we were moving. We are SO THANKFUL we worked with Tim Combes. He knows every little crevice and neighborhood of OKC and the surrounding area like the back of his hand. All he had to do was see an address and he could tell us exactly what the area was like and if it would be a good fit for our family or not. He ended up being right 100% of the time. We looked at what seems like hundreds of houses every weekend for several months. Our needs and desires were all over the place. It seemed like were trying to find a needle in a haystack. Looking at houses with him was so beneficial because he noticed things we didn't and saved us so many times! (Foundation issues, close to train tracks, unsafe area, etc.) The market we were looking in was really competitive and he jumped on listings for us at the last minute several times. Tim helped us figure out what we actually needed in a house and would set us up for success in our future. He never lost patience with us and through lots of persistence and searching all over the city we finally found it - the illusive house we had been looking for. He walked us through the closing and negotiation process flawlessly and we are thrilled with the results. I would absolutely recommend Tim as a relator a million times over!
