I was born and raised in NW Oklahoma City. I have lived everywhere from Florida to California, but always seem to return home, to Oklahoma. I spend most of my time working, but when I'm not working I try to get outside and do something, usually with my dog Lucy. I love mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding and I try to get to a lake whenever possible. I love to travel as well...beach, mountains, whatever...I'm there! I've been with CENTURY 21 Goodyear Green in Edmond OK since starting real estate in 2007 and I can't imagine a better group of agents to work alongside. I specialize in assisting clients buying & selling homes in the Oklahoma City area, as well as Edmond, Deer Creek, Piedmont, Yukon and Guthrie. Buyer reviewTim could not have been any more professional than he was throughout the entire process. We looked at a ton of homes and he was always supportive of our views when we shared our likes/dislikes of each house. He would use our input when 'filtering' for more homes for us to view. We never felt like he was trying to push us into any particular home or location. I thought I was pretty good at finding 'flaws' when looking around a residence, but Tim noticed potential issues that I would have missed ...which might not have been found until an inspection had been paid for (saving us time and money). If there was a rating above "Excellent", I would have selected that for all characteristics listed in the survey. We would use Tim Combes again (or recommend to others) , no matter with office he was with ...

Buyer reviewWe were so fortunate to have found Tim Combes when we moved to Oklahoma. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Texas to look at homes over several weeks and cautioned us about falling too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tim was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Buyer reviewCalled leasing agents number from website and was contact by Mr. Combes. Very friendly and helpful and got all the answers we desired. Closing went very well, no problems to report. Tim really stayed on top of the situation and was always friendly and responsive in any communication that we had. I would use Tim again and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a good agent that is helpful, courteous and very professional.
