Seller reviewTom did everything necessary to sell the property. Especially accommodating considering we're not in the local area so all the work was squarely on Tom's shoulders and he made it happen. Worked with contractors to get fair price and complete the work on time, helped us work through multiple offers, host open houses on the midst of the pandemic, cleaned out storage and safe d through boxes to recover memories our daughter cherished from her grandmother. Everything handled professionally, timely, and with a great attitude.
