Seller reviewMany of the agents we spoke with prior to selecting Tom we're unwilling to work with us because we were on the cusp of needing to do a short sale. Tom Hutchinson was knowledge about the market and potential buyers for the property and offered a strategy for selling that ultimately sold the property without us needing to go into the short sale process. I was impressed by how well Tom negotiated on our behalf. He saved us a substantial sum of money both in determining the sale price and when the purchaser asked for last minute repair allowances while threatening to terminate the sale. I will also add that he made it very easy to complete the sale remotely. I would recommend Tom Hutchinson to anyone looking to sell a property in Tallahassee.
