We can't state enough how incredibly easy this whole process was for us. It was easy to communicate, plan and sign all the paperwork online. We looked at houses and found great properties but Tyler's knowledge on locations, school districts and potential resale value was incredibly insightful and helpful in our ultimate purchasing decision. For the house closing the process was so simple for our old house. Tyler and Madison took great care of us and we will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

We are so happy we had Tyler as our agent. Tyler was patient with us through the whole process of finding a home and what we were looking for. He was flexible and available whenever we needed him. Tyler did an excellent job of walking us through the process of putting our home on the market and making sure we had everything in place with the home we were purchasing. I had seriously considered using a 'For Sale By Owner' method since I was selling my Mother's home as part of a trust after her death & it didn't seem to be a very complicated sale, however, my husband convinced me to use Tyler Wilkening again since he did such a good job selling our home 6 months prior. Boy, am I glad we did! The first buyer tried to pull a couple of fast scams on us that I would never have caught, but Tyler, with his extensive experience, did. We ended up with a much better sale & saved me a ton of money & aggravation. Kudos to Tyler and Maddie! Tyler's assistant Maddie is a true gem. She was always polite and professional and just a happy, upbeat person to deal with. She supported Tyler by taking care of all the nuts & bolts of the transactions we were involved in.
