Tyler helped me find the perfect home, and neighborhood for my daughter and I. As a single Mom it was critical that my relator understood my price range, timeline, and everything that goes with doing this as a single buyer. He helped me look at things at homes that I would not have thought of and made sure I was making an informed decision. He understood the importance of me finding the right home, and the investment I was making. Tyler and his team worked around the clock to make the process amazing. They were timely, organized and friendly. I was honestly so surprised how enjoyable this process was vs. stressful. I've had the pleasure of working with Tyler a few times over the years. Tyler helped me through the home build process with Brothers Company Builders. Most recently, Tyler helped with the sell of my home for a work relocation. Both times, Tyler and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. The home buying/selling experience can be scary but Tyler is a wealth of knowledge and puts you at easy with the way he helps you navigate the process. Tyler walked us through buying a new construction home. He was always available to help negotiate little changes and requests that we made for the home. COVID-19 made the buying process different, but he was able to think outside the box and make accommodations to make sure all was right with the house we bought. Highly recommend!

Tyler was not very experienced in selling in our area, but he quickly brought himself up to speed and came up with a good plan to sell our house. He was very patient with us when we would get stressed. He was very helpful and offered really good advice and opinions on the negotiation for the final sale. All paperwork was easily explained and he made it very easy for us to get it all taken care of. Highly recommend!
