Buyer reviewWayne Mattson was excellent to work with. I honestly did not think I would be able to buy a place this year because I had such a vague idea of my criteria. He was great at listening, helping narrow my focus through different viewings, and answering every question thoroughly and quickly. From scheduling viewings, to negotiating the inspection items, all the way through HOA paperwork and closing, Wayne was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. His understanding of the market and commitment to prioritize his clients were key in having my first offer accepted in a very competitive seller's market. Seller reviewWayne was an absolute dream to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, since this was our first sale ever, and he just made everything so easy and stress free. We could not have been happier, he was amazing with every part of the sale from beginning to end! His attention to detail was perfection and we had multiple offers and had a contract by the end of the first day of putting the house on the market. I believe that the way Wayne described our house in the listing is what pulled people in, he really gets a "feel" of what your house means to you and portrays that in his listing description and pictures. We would recommend Wayne to absolutely anyone that is in need of a straight forward, very honest, very knowledgeable super nice agent to sell their home!
