Buyer reviewI spent almost a year working with Wayne Mattson to find my perfect house. I had a long list of must have's that are hard to come by in my preferred area. Wayne was always very patient as we went from house to house and as I scoured listings saying "I think this is the one"! He never pressured me to make a decision if the place wasn't right and always reassured me that we would eventually find the right fit. I also appreciated that Wayne readily took the time to talk me through my endless questions, and was able to break down things in simple ease. I really can't say enough about Wayne as an agent and as a person. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very down to earth! He knows his stuff and he has great connections for anything you need on your home buying search. You need a handy man last minute - he can find you a reliable resource, You need someone to cut your grass, he knows a guy, you need a lender that will work with your unique buying situation, he has the perfect group. Not only did Wayne help me find my perfect house, he also sold my condo - in record time - and over a weekend. I will highly recommend Wayne to anyone that wants to buy and sell a home because he really is a hard working agent that goes the extra mile for you....And did I mention that he also sold homes to both my son and daughter!! Buyer reviewMy lender would call me with a number that I could not return the call back. However, Wayne would inform me that he had called and any information that I had that he needed. Wayne would relay to him as Wayne had an easier contact with him because the lender would not except my phone calls or have the right number I can call it was just a big pain. Wayne took that pain away because he was attentive, and evidently looking at every communiqué that was going on with me and the lender, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was doing whatever the lender needed me to do in a timely manner to make sure that everything went smoothly, regardless of the crazy aggravation and non-contact that the lender proved to have Wayne made it an easy contact in the long run

Buyer reviewWayne? was an outstanding help for a first time buyer! From start to finish, Wayne was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I know through conversation that he was simultaneously juggling several clients through both the buying and selling process, but I would have never known it otherwise because of Wayne's timeliness in communication, availability for showings and as an intermediary, and overall care and attention to detail I was given from start to finish. We went out on several house hunts, but the home I ended up purchasing was one that I found on a Monday that Wayne made himself available to show that same afternoon, despite it being a holiday and over 40 minutes away. He connected me with a great mortgage company and title company, both of whom I was very satisfied with, and provided me with excellent, professional counsel throughout the search, contract, and closing procedures. He also fought for a number of items that resulted in me walking away with more money in my pocket and more satisfaction in my purchase. If and when I choose to sell my home or buy another property, I look forward to working with Wayne again.
