Wendy always worked with my crazy schedule and was very understanding and my needs and want in what I was looking for in my new home. She was very knowledgeable about all the demographics and the locations that I was interest in looking . I think it helped a lot that she knew the area so well ! I would definitely recommend , and at the end when we ran into a few issues with house she made sure it worked out in my favor and was on my side to help me get everything done right ! From day one Wendy was impressive to us, with the attention and dedication she put in every step. Taken in consideration that we were not even in the State of Florida. We loved the fact that she was the only one who gave us the follow up and was constantly providing and sending as much information and feedback as possible. We couldn't have been in better hands. She was straightforward, especially in times a buyer is so frustrated that looses focus.
