the whole process of buying the house was outstanding, from searching homes to closing day and even after Wendy sharing her contacts for things that we wanted to do in the house, but I was more impressed with Wendy as a person, my family went through personal difficult times during the process and she was so understanding and helpful at that time, that I will never forget and I will always appreciate what she did for my family. the attention to detail was outstanding at every step of the process. She was able to find the best inspector and was always in direct contact with the seller's agent about questions that we had about the property. I was surprised at how easy was the closing process, especially during these difficult times. Wendy was so knowledgeable about the area, pricing, and expectations that we were looking for, that it was so easy just to follow her lead on the process, also she has contacts for everything that came up from home inspectors to reaching out to the agent to find out who was the person taking care of the grounds on the house. Wendy was amazing to have by our side during the process of buying a house, her knowledge and passion for what she does really make the difference.
