Buyer reviewSteve Petrello was assigned to us at the beginning. Sight unseen, Steve listened to our initial input to help find houses in the areas we were interested in. He was very responsive to all inquiries and requests, even taking a look at properties for us before we could physically be present.. Steve has a perfect approach for customers like us - low pressure, and no rush, and lots of patience. He worked at our pace and was always there when we had questions. Huge thanks to Steve for helping us find a house in a market that is not very friendly to buyers. We were assigned C21 NE by our company with the understanding that if not satisfied, we had the option to change. Steve Petrello made sure we did not even consider changing.

Enter Steve Petrello: with his assistance, we were able to feel very confident in the home we liked before we got there. Once we got there in person, it lived up to everything we discussed about it and we went forward with the transaction. There were some bumps in the road from the seller's side, but Steve navigated is through them with a reassuring calmness. We're now comfortably living in our first home thanks to Steve!
