Buyer reviewSteve was able to accommodate a couple of emergencies I experienced that caused me to be late for a couple of appointments. I was very pleased with his empathy and ability to react to this changing circumstance. Overall I had a great experience with Steve. It took about 3 weeks before I found a few properties I was really interested in, and he was ready to assist me with each, leading to the acceptance of my very first offer on a new condo! Steve went the extra mile in this crazy pandemic year by coming to my home to pick up checks and drop off information that couldn't be handled through email. The buying process was far smoother than I ever imagined it could be. I will certainly use Steve's services again in the future if I choose to move, and would recommend him to my family and friends.
