Seller reviewActually sold my house. I had to change my realtor because he wasn't doing anything in the way of bringing in buyers and was planning on going on vacation for the winter. I need to sell fast and I needed someone great. I saw the signs in a neighbors yard and was amazed about how much advertising was being done for an open house and I walked in and said sign me up to Brandon Patrick who acted as my agent. He was awesome. He and Kathy gave me a sales pitch with backup proof and made me feel like they could actually sell my house in a hurry and based their estimates on their outstanding history. They were pretty close to their guess, the buyers took their time but they did it! The best!

We had already spoken to two other realtors trying to find a good realtor to sell our home and buy a new one. It was immediately clear that Kathy was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She was very friendly and approachable. We left the open house knowing she was the realtor for us! Kathy was very motivated to sell our home and provided invaluable advise on how to stage our home and tips to sell quickly, and we did. We sold our home after only 10 days on the market! Buying and selling a home can be very exciting and stressful at the same time. Kathy and her team were incredibly patient, informative, and accessible throughout the entire process. Both Kathy and her team offered help in anyway possible but most importantly she was a true advocate for her client. Seller reviewKathy Colville is an exceptional broker. She and her staff were available to answer any questions we had almost immediately in all cases. Kathy sat down with us and we came up with a plan to sell the house in a way that would maximize the final sales price. This did mean we spent money to upgrade some aspects of the house. But this paid us back by getting us a much higher price for the house as well as decreasing the time the property sat on the market significantly. The contractor Kathy set up for us was professional and took care of any little issues that cropped up. Work was also completed on schedule and within budget. We have used Kathy to buy and sell our homes in the past and my Daughter has also purchased a home though Kathy based on my recommendation to use Kathy, That is how much I trust this lady …
