As far as the factors that influenced our decision, we knew that Lisa ticked all the boxes (such as "sales record", "needs & requirements", "knowing the area", etc.). Kathy offered to stage our home and offered some furniture to help the home stand out. She even assisted my wife during her off-hours to paint our basement with my wife and friends. She went the EXTRA mile to serve us. Kathy Colville promoted and marketed the sale of our home on many databases which gave it more exposure. She and her staff conducted many open houses that also brought in potential buyers. Due to her efforts we received four offers. We only had to pick one.
