Seller reviewMarcee has a great personality and is easy to work with. She is very knowledgable and knows how to guide you through the buying or selling process. I used Marcee when I bought the condo and called her again when I was ready to sell. I would highly recommend Marcee Merritt if you are looking for real estate in the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area.

Received a contract on property first day it was available to be shown. Marcee responded quickly to all ccorrespondence.She was available at all times. She kept the process moving even while I was on vacation. Additionally, she recommended feasible solutions to complete sale when I was ready to void contract due to buyer's demands as well as oversee final cleaning and repairs after I left the area.

We had a previous interaction with someone from a different agency that left us discouraged, thinking that what we wanted was not feasible. We were wonderfully surprised when we were met with a large list of houses that perfectly fit the criteria we'd set forth. Being first time homebuyers, we were very nervous, but any nerves or fear we had were quickly soothed. Super attentive, caring, and invested. That's what we needed and that's what we got.
