My husband and I had a wonderful experience, searching for cabins with our Century 21 MVP agent, Marcee Merritt. We had two occasions to interact with our agent, Marcee Merritt, since we bought two cabins in the Pigeon Forge, TN area. She was a great service to us and extremely helpful in selecting our first cabin, so when we decided to buy another, we contacted her again, and here's why. First of all, Marcee was very interested and eager to aid us in our search for 'the right' cabin for us. She was knowledgeable about the area and provided us with some great incite, as to what to expect from the surrounding areas, as far as, convenience to stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc..She was able to tell us about comparables, etc., and very interested in what we had to say, our interests, concerns, and needs as a buyer. Marcee went way beyond her duties as an agent; would go that extra mile, to help us in making a final decision about the properties we were interested in. Marcee made extra phone calls and/or texts to inquire and find the answers to our questions and concerns, working well into the evening, which would help us make that decision to buy our cabin, and always kept in touch, and informed us of any concerns along the way. Very personable, as an agent, and always explained the hows and whys when going through the buying process. We called upon her again when we decided to buy another cabin, and would definitely recommend her to anyone considering buying any property!
