John Miller provided an extremely positive experience and successful strategy for the sale of our house. His staff emailed a schedule to us, that detailed a timeline for all the paperwork that was due, when it was due and an explanation of how to get it done. Any questions were always answered on a timely basis. Within one hour of the posting of the sale, we had four requests for a showing for the next day! John Miller stood out in my eyes because he got me the most for the house, other real estate agents I had consulted thought/estimated my house less by 40k of what John listed and sold the house for. I thought that the house wouldn't sell for the amount that he listed it, at first I was in doubt as had been given another estimate from a different agent 2 weeks prior meeting John and the estimate was 40k less than what John estimated the list price would be. All contracts were signed on time and John and his team reminded me in advance of every step that followed. When John listed the house, he wrote a great description of the house, pictures were taken by a professional photographer who was really good at what she does, the picture looked like a model house. I had 10 showings the following day upon listing. I got an offer on day one of house being on the market, this was all because of John advertising tactics. the whole process was smooth from the beginning to the end house was listed on March 1 offer given on March 2 and house closed on April 18. I still cant believe this, it happened so fast. John was so patient with me, calm, helpful, understanding, very professional and had time to answer all my questions no matter how long it took to explain. John replied to my calls and text or emails in a timely manner, I never sat wondering if he will get back to me. John is very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. I was hesitant to put my house on sale to begin with by John talked to me and gave me all his views and ideas and finally made an informed decision to list the house right away. I was thinking I needed to sell the house in the summer but John's views and ideas were different and they all made sense. I am glad I followed his ideas and reasoning. I couldn't be happier. John and the team are excellent in what they do, selling the house can be very stressful. I was so relaxed through out this process. Being a single mom and sole owner, I had so many what ifs and fears but John made the process so easy. I knew that they had my back, every worry I had or presented, John seemed to have a solution to it.
