John was readily available in obtaining information and answering questions and arranging for showings when a possibility surfaced. John was patient and courteous throughout the search process. In preparation of documents and negotiations, John was professional, conscientious and confident. I would recommend John with highest regards in the sale or purchase of real estate.

Seller reviewPrior to marketing, John Miller became intimately acquainted with the property and developed a detailed marketing plan, which he explained to us in a in a manner that left us fully informed. After careful consideration of all relevant factors, John set the asking price with confidence. The sale hit the internet on Sunday night and, with an exceptional display of photographs and descriptive language that characterized the home appropriately, generated immediate response and on Monday morning, John choreographed a bidding war which resulted in several offers above the asking price. The accepted offer was $20,000 higher than listed. John handled additional negotiations professionally and with expertise and the property was sold within 6 weeks. With us, John was friendly, courteous and informative and with others including brokers, buyers and lawyers, John was professional and responsive.
