Seller reviewI had previously contacted other brokers in the New Bern area, asking them to list my property. Some never responded, some told me that this lot would never sell because of the water problem. When I connected with Serena, she was optimistic, enthusiastic and willing to put her effort into getting it sold. When one contract fell through, she immediately started working again and succeeded in obtaining just the right buyer for this lot. She thought outside the box! She never gave up! She and her company did a fantastic job for me. I really appreciate her!!! Excellent job with wonderful results! Very understanding of the importance of selling my property.

Seller reviewI actually started with another broker that not only was late getting back to me but also asked me to make an appointment to look at houses to buy. Clearly this person didn't read my email. Selena on the other hand reached out me very quickly after I had sent my email. She listened to what I wanted and understood my needs. That alone influenced me to select her as my broker. Selena was an amazing real estate agent during the entire process from start to finish. I would immediately recommend her to anyone that is trying to sell their home in the New Bern area. Selena's responsiveness to any questions or concerns was awesome.
