Seller reviewRichard and I clicked from our first meeting. He showed up prepared, and ready to not only discuss his qualifications for selling my house, but had already done his homework and had a suggested price and comparisons prepared. The house sold quickly, and he was always ready to answer questions himself, or contact people and find answers when I needed them.
