Buyer reviewI believe Richard went above and beyond for me. Initially I told him I probably wouldn't be buying for about a year from now and he still spent at least seven or eight hours with me one day alone driving me and my daughter from here to Timbuktu to make sure I was aware of the towns in the area. Once I settled on New Bern we went full force on looking at homes. Richard asked me a lot of questions on what I did and did not want in a home. This way he didn't waste our time on things he knew I wouldn't be interested in buying. Also, I would like to mention that Richard has a method for keeping track of my favorites...his method really worked for me. Richard was very clear and detailed with information he gave me. He also noticed if I wasn't understanding something 100%. The he explained it another way. Joyce
