We liked that the office was close to the house. We had a meeting with Tom and Sheila a few months prior to ask questions and get a general idea of how the sale of the home would work and understand the process. They were both very friendly and professional and right away we left their office knowing that they were the ones we were going to choose for the sale of our home. I picked the agent Michelle Wasko who happen to work for this Broker Michelle was very friendly and personable as well as professional through the whole process. When i was nervous about the process of purchasing the property- she was available to communicate whenever i needed to ask questions which was important for me as a first time home buyer. Michelle Wasko was always available to answer any and all questions I had as i was a !st time home buyer. When i contacted her she was very knowledgeable about the properties i was interested in My overall experience was beyond my expectations for my first time buying a home. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my needs had changed from renting again and purchasing a new home. When discussing details of pros and cons between the options- to rent or buy, They helped me to realize my dream of owning a home was attainable. I also dealt with Sheila and Tom Novembre - they were also available to answer any questions or concerns i had about the specific properties and showed me specific properties i was interested in

We met Sheila Novembre at an open house that she was hosting. We were telling her that we had just started looking for houses and we were not happy with the real estate agent we thought about working with because she was not communicating well and showed no urgency during a very difficult seller's market. Sheila explained that she and Tom work specifically in New Jersey, which is where we were looking to move to from PA. We felt that Sheila and Tom Novembre would be a good match for us. Tom and Sheila went above and beyond as we were dealing with a difficult seller and his equally difficult real estate agent. Tom and Sheila did the work that should have been done by the seller's agent and we appreciate all of the help that they provided. Tom and Sheila are the best in the business. You can tell that they care about their clients.
