Tom and Sheila Novembre went above and beyond dealing with issues that came up during the sales process and helping with other aspects of relocating.

Tom was outstanding in helping us find our new home. He also was very helpful in other areas which made our even smoother. He was knowledgeable and had offered his assistance in other area we needed when moving. I can't thank him and Sheila enough.

Tom and Sheila provided us with excellent guidance very early on in the selling process. When we were first considering selling our home in Cranford, Tom gave us honest advice as to how best to price the home to sell and when it would be best to put the house on the market. When we were finally ready Tom and Sheila swung into action with a time table for the "coming soon" to the official listing. Communication was excellent, Tom and Sheila contacted us anytime a showing was scheduled and provided us with feedback as to the level of interest from the showings as well as the open house. When we received some offers, they outlined the pros and cons of the offers so that we could make an informed decision. Tom and Sheila were with us every step of the way and did a lot of hand holding when we felt stressed by the selling process. We would highly recommend Tom and Sheila to any of our friends or family that need to sell or want to buy a home. They genuinely care and treated us like family.

Tom is great with communication! This has to be the most important thing for me when choosing to work with an agent. Tom will find a way to get things done even if he is out of town on vacation. 10/10 would recommend Tom to somebody needing an agent in NJ.
