Nick Mastalerz went above and beyond the "typical" duties of a real estate agent. He had completely transparent communications with us from the start, he guided us into selling/buying at the right price ranges, he was knowledgeable about the local market and future of the real estate industry in general, was super polite to us as well as individuals interested in touring our home. He even helped us finish painting so that we could pass our FHA appraisal! Nick made us feel like we had made a friend and that friend had our best interests as his priority. I would 100% recommend without hesitation. We had a lot of open communication for months with Nick, because we were in the market to sell our home and also buy. In a seriously competitive market, Nick did everything he could to make sure we were getting all the information and making the best decisions for us. After months of searching, my wife and I stumbled upon the perfect home for us and we knew we had to have it. Nick helped us finalize an appropriate offer to ensure we got the house but didn't out-bid ourselves. Not to mention he got our previous house to sell $50K over asking! We will be forever grateful for the experiences with the Mastalerz team. I already recommended him to my sister who is also looking to buy in the area. I'll never need to look into a different realtor again.
