He met all the contractors for presale repairs and visited the house to turn on the furnace when the weather changed. His knowledge of local contractor was invaluable to get repairs completed as the sale took place over the holidays.

Seller reviewI could not have asked for a more competent and helpful agent than Mr Stratton. Pictures on the internet were a true representation of the property. I was kept informed of the process at every development. Mr Stratton attended to repairs to the property personally by doing some himself or by arranging professionals as needed. I was out of the state during this entire process and Mr Stratton made it possible for me to finalize the sale without having to return. I don't think I could have gotten through this without his kindness and understanding of my needs.
