Nina did a very thorough job of getting us into homes to view in a timely manner. She was able to get us multiple homes all in a row which was extremely helpful with our busy schedules. We're very thankful and were thoroughly impressed by her knowledge of not only the market in our whole surrounding area but also her knowledge of the law and rules concerning home buying. We went with an FHA loan so there were more steps to go thru and Nina was so helpful through all of them. She suggested the right people we needed to work with for the inspection and that was great. He and his wife provided good advice regarding things such as colors for upgrades so that we did not over spend for the area. They recommended things to increase visibility, including only one appropriate price reduction. Overall, they saw us through a challenging time and we are grateful for their friendship and guidance.
