Buyer reviewMy wife and I were looking for a new home and my step father recommended Gary Vroom as our realtor. We spoke with him over the phone ok what we were looking for in a home. He was very familiar with the area and provided us with some suggestions which we looked over. My wife and I agreed on 2 that had everything in our price range. Gary set up the walk through and briefed us on everything we needed to know. We found a home and began the process. Gary was well informed on everything and had booked an inspection with a great company he works with. We negotiated back and forth the other realtor and it helped that hes worked with her before. Gary always found time to reach out and answer any questions we had in a timely manner and now we have a new home that were happy with.

He was also very knowledgeable about the houses we visited pointing out items to watch out for while other agents just opened the door for us. Seller reviewWe knew that as a friend Gary would take very good care of us. We knew he would be professional, outgoing, and knowledgeable. We also knew he would find answers for us he was unsure about something. All of the above characteristics make for a terrific sales agent! Gary would lead us in the best direction, even when things would get complicated with the septic system being completed or our buyer losing their buyer and having to start over. He was excellent at taking many things in to consideration at a time. Gary was considerate of what needed to be done immediately and kept us focus on future targets also. Gary's calm mannerism and clear thinking was greatly appreciated when we felt that we were hitting brick wall after brick wall! Gary was on board with us from the beginning. Our putting our home up for sale turned in to quite a journey because we had to install an engineered septic field before we could actually sell the house.After permits were granted by the county Gary helped us find an excellent septic company to do the job quickly when so many area companies were not able to get to us for several weeks. He was working for us and helping our buyer at the same time. He made sure all parties were happy with the sale.
